tpj.pl uses IO::Socket to connect to babelfish.altavista.digital.com
(Altavista's translation thingy), sends the neccesary HTTP headers and
received the HTML page. Then it just s///'s out the junk.

In the end "The Perl Journal" is translated into either French, German,
Spanish, Italian or Portuguese (the language is randomly chosen).

The idea was inspired by q[merlyn] and some other fellows in #perl talking
about their nice babelfish scripts.
